Najbolj raz\u0161irjena je stresna urinska inkontinenca, pri kateri gre za nehoteno uhajanje urina med kihanjem, ka\u0161ljanjem ali telesnim naporom. Le ta prizadene nekje med 10 in 39 % \u017eensk in negativno vpliva na zdravje, samozavest in dobro po\u010dutje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prva izbira pri zdravljenju oseb z motnjami delovanja medeni\u010dnega dna je konservativno zdravljenje. Sem spadajo spodbujanje zdravega \u017eivljenjskega sloga, fizioterapija (trening mi\u0161ic medeni\u010dnega dna), trening se\u010dnega mehurja in drugo.
